How to Request Deletion

  1. Open the TBOS mobile app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Select Request Account Deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your account email address.

What Happens After Request

  • We verify the request against the account owner email.
  • We process the request and confirm completion by email.
  • Target processing window is up to 30 days.

Data Deleted and Data Retained

We delete or anonymize account profile and authentication data as part of account closure. Some operational and financial records may be retained where required by law, tax, insurance, or transportation compliance obligations.
