TBOS collects information needed to run trucking operations software:
- Account details: name, email, phone, role, and authentication data.
- Operational records: loads, dispatch activity, driver records, vehicle records, documents, and financial entries.
- ELD and mobile data: location and duty status data used for ELD/HOS workflows where enabled.
- Document capture data: images and files submitted for compliance and operations.
- Billing and subscription data handled through payment providers.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide dispatch, compliance, ELD, and financial workflows.
- Generate alerts, reports, and renewal reminders.
- Operate authentication, fraud prevention, and system security controls.
- Send operational and support communications.
- Meet legal, tax, and transportation-related recordkeeping obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate TBOS (for example hosting, email, and payment processing), when required by law, or when directed by the account owner.
4. Retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and transportation compliance purposes. Some records may be retained after account closure where law or contract requires retention.
