BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS
Run the office from wherever you park.
Driving the truck is only part of the job. You also need the load details, the documents the broker asked for, a record of expenses and an invoice that can be sent without rebuilding everything from scratch.
TBOS gives an owner-operator one web workspace for that daily work. Open it on your phone at delivery or on your laptop when you sit down to handle the books.
Start with the load you already have
Enter the pickup and delivery cities, rate and broker. Choose whether the load is a draft, booked or already delivered. A delivered load can go straight into the invoicing workflow, so you do not have to work through a simulated dispatch just to bill for work you finished.
You can be the owner and the driver
Choose “I also drive” during setup. You keep owner access and can assign loads to yourself. The owner-operator plan includes one power unit and one driver seat, including yourself. Your trailer does not consume another power-unit slot.
Keep the trip’s documents together
Upload a rate confirmation, bill of lading and signed proof of delivery to the load. PDF and image uploads work from the browser. Documents are available to authorized members of your business and assigned drivers.
Close out the work
Create an invoice draft with the customer, amount, due date and payment instructions. Download the PDF or send it with uploaded load paperwork. Record payment when the customer pays. Add load expenses so you have the record for your next review.

What does it cost?
The owner-operator plan is $29.99 per month after a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start. Compare team limits on the pricing page. The public loadboard and free tools do not require a paid plan.
Can I use TBOS without installing an app?
Yes. The load, paperwork, invoice and business setup workflows run in a web browser. Start on your phone or computer without waiting for a download.
