Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using TBOS, you agree to these Terms. If you use TBOS on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Service Scope

TBOS provides tools for dispatch, load management, compliance tracking, ELD workflows, document handling, and trucking financial operations. Service features may change as the platform evolves.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for account credentials and authorized user access.
  • You must provide accurate business and operational data.
  • You are responsible for activity performed under your account.

4. Compliance Responsibility

TBOS helps organize compliance workflows but does not replace your legal responsibility to comply with FMCSA, DOT, tax, labor, safety, and other applicable regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of records submitted to regulators, brokers, insurers, and auditors.

5. Billing and Subscription

Paid plans, trial terms, and billing cycles are disclosed at signup or within account settings. Failure to pay may result in suspension or restricted access.

6. Data and Documents

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant TBOS permission to host, process, and transmit data as needed to deliver the service. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may stop using TBOS at any time. Account deletion requests can be submitted in-app or through the Account Deletion page. TBOS may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or material violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

TBOS is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, TBOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, business interruption, or lost profits resulting from service use or interruption.
