Record a load in about a minute: its status, lane, dates, rate and broker, then assign it to yourself, your truck and your trailer.

- Here's how to add your first load in TBOS. On Today's work, click Add your first load.
- Choose where the load stands. This one is booked with the broker. Then enter the pickup and delivery cities.
- Add the pickup and delivery dates, then the agreed rate and the loaded miles.
- Add the broker, their load number, and the email address the invoice should go to.
- Check the equipment type, then save the load.
- The load opens with its route and dates, and a place for its paperwork.
- You're driving this one, so assign it to yourself, then pick your truck and trailer.
- Your load is on the board. Next, add its rate confirmation and the rest of its paperwork.
